Common questions
What counts as a site?
A site is any location you maintain, such as a coffee shop, bakery, kitchen, pub or bakehouse. You pay for the sites you add to Fabric, not for the number of people using it.
Do contractors and staff need a paid login?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Shift teams, managers, head office and your contractors can all use Fabric at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel with 30 days’ notice. If you pay annually you save 15%, and we remind you 30 days before your renewal so you are never caught out.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is free for groups of up to 25 sites. We help you add your sites and equipment and start you on a ready-made maintenance schedule. Larger estates can choose a guided rollout, which we quote for.
Can I start with Core and add bolt-ons later?
Yes. Bolt-ons can be added or removed when you need them, and they work across all your sites. If you end up with most of them, Fabric Complete is usually cheaper.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are per site per month and exclude VAT.
Do you offer pricing for large groups and FM providers?
Yes. If you run more than 25 sites, or manage sites on behalf of clients, talk to us about pricing that fits how you work.
