Maintenance software for pub and bar groups
Fabric keeps cellar cooling, dispense, glasswashers, ice machines and kitchen equipment across your pubs and bars on one record, so faults reach the right engineer before Friday night and every safety check is easy to prove.
Friday night is the wrong time to find out
A pub makes its week on a few busy sessions. If the cellar cooling fails, the glasswasher stops or the ice machine gives up on a Friday night, the takings go with it.
Across a group, the kit and the contractors multiply. Cellar cooling, dispense, glasswashers, ice machines, kitchens and building services are all looked after by different companies. The duty manager on a late shift needs to know who to call, and the operations team needs to know it happened.
The planned work matters just as much. Line cleaning, cooler servicing, gas safety checks, extract cleaning, fire alarm tests and electrical inspections all need doing on time and recording properly, because the licensing officer, environmental health officer or insurer may ask to see the evidence.
Maintenance software that keeps the bar open
Fabric gives every pub and bar the same simple way to report faults and track planned work, and gives head office one view of the whole estate.
Cellar to kitchen
Cellar cooling, dispense, glasswashers, ice machines and kitchen kit recorded at each site, with history and warranty details.
Faults raised by any shift
Bar staff raise a fault from their phone with a photo, so the right engineer is called, even at closing time.
Line cleans and services on time
Line cleaning, cooler servicing and extract cleans are raised on schedule and signed off when done.
Safety records in one place
Gas safety, fire alarm and emergency lighting tests, EICRs and water hygiene records stored against each site.
The right contractor, every time
Each asset knows who maintains it and the agreed response time, so jobs are sent to the right people.
Costs by site
Invoices matched to jobs, so you can see which pubs and which pieces of kit cost the most to keep running.
The equipment that keeps a pub trading
- Cellar: cellar cooling, python and remote coolers, and line cleaning, usually every seven days in line with industry guidance

Common questions
What equipment can Fabric track for a pub?
Anything you maintain: cellar cooling and python coolers, dispense equipment, gas cylinders and regulators, glasswashers, ice machines, back-bar fridges, kitchen equipment, extract, and building services such as fire alarms and emergency lighting.
How often should beer lines be cleaned?
Industry guidance is usually to clean lines at least every seven days, unless your brewer or dispense supplier advises a different interval for your system. Fabric can raise the task on schedule and record that it was done.
Do cellar gas systems need checking?
Beer gas cylinders, regulators and dispense systems should be maintained by a competent person, and a risk assessment should decide whether gas detection is needed in the cellar. Some systems also fall under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000, so check with your dispense engineer.
Can bar staff report faults on their phones?
Yes. Anyone on shift can raise a fault against the glasswasher, cooler or ice machine with a photo, and the job goes to the engineer who covers that site.
How much does Fabric cost for a pub group?
Fabric starts at £39 per site per month for the core platform, with optional bolt-ons. Everything together is £79 per site per month, excluding VAT. See the pricing page for details.
